Hi, I’m Dimitris. I’m a Singing Coach working in London since 2014 and I love my job because I meet and help creative people by showing them a way to achieve their goals in a positive environment. I have a BMus (Hons) in Music Performance from London Centre of Contemporary Music as a singer, an EFP (Estill Figure Proficiency) certificate from Estill Voice Training, a Vocal Health First Aid certificate from Vocal Health Education and years of experience and knowledge attained through private tuition, attendance of workshops, choir singing, conservatoire studies and performing in several music projects.
I work with singers on various music genres, including pop, rock, blues, jazz, musical theatre, as well as actors preparing songs for auditions, instrumentalists who want to sing lead or backing vocals, songwriters who want to perform their songs, choir singers, voice or instrumental teachers who aim to gain or expand their knowledge anatomically on how the voice works, children and adults who want to apply for music schools or just enjoy singing.
Sessions are based on exploring, understanding and improving the client’s voice, but they often expand to guitar/piano accompaniment, stylistic performance and stage presence, performance anxiety, repertoire, songwriting, music theory, sight reading, career discussions, or other subjects of interest.

I am not the greatest guitar player in the world but having D as my teacher has given me more confidence to try new chords and learn the basics of understanding music. Dimitris is a very good teacher. I found him at first to teach my son how to play the guitar. After a few weeks, when he was extremely friendly and patient, I had to decide to stop only because my son was only 3,5 year old and not matured enough for learning the instrument. However, Dimitris inspired me and I have started learning the guitar myself. I have been receiving the classes for about five months now and I am very much enjoying it. I would highly recommend Dimitris as a teacher to anyone as he can handle various age group students in a professional and enjoyable way.
